Our favourite snack was Aji;s Bhajani Thalipeeth. She knew it was the tastiest way to give us iron, calcium, & dietary fibre.
Ingredients
Bajra, Jawar, Bengal Gram, Wheat, Rice, Black Gram, Coriander, Salt, Red Chilli, Turmeric.
How To Use
- Bhajani Thalipeeth –
- Mix 3 finely chopped onions, 1/2 katori finely chopped coriander leaves, 1 tbsp curd in 200gm Thalipeeth Mix Flour, mix well with water & make a dough.
- Keep the dough aside for half an hour. Divide the dough into 7-8 parts.
- Roll out each part in round shape on the pan.
- Release some oil from all sides & roast till the thalipeeth turns golden brown from both sides & serve hot.
