Description
“As universal as coconut in authentic Maharashtrian cuisine is Goda Masala” Ajji would say. And would use it in almost every dish like Amti, Bhaji, Masale Bhat etc 
Ingredients
Coriander seeds,White sesame seeds, Dry coconut, Red chilli powder,Edible common salt, Turmeric, Stone flower, Cassia leaf, Asafoetida,Cumin, Cotton seed oil, Cassia, Nagkeshar, Black cumin seeds ,Cloves.      
How To Use
- Stuff Masala Brinjal:
- Cut 500gm small brinjals in the centre.
- Mix 2 tbsp of sesame seeds, grated coconut, roasted crushed groundnuts each with 1 tsp tamarind & chilli powder each, 5tsp Kpra Goda Masala, jaggery & salt to taste, mix well.
- Stuff the cut brinjals with the mixture.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add turmeric powder & asafoetida powder, put stuff brinjals & cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve Hot.
(You can prepare a variety of dry or gravy dishes using Kpra Goda Masala.)
